Although the styling of this laptop, with the dark hinge and keyboard isn't quite my cup of tea (and is a matter of taste), this machine is far and away the most solidly built. It feels like it could cease a bullet, and it probably could. It's reassuring rigidity gives it a feeling of quality and sturdiness second to none. For someone who man handles his laptop all day every day, this is very important."
IMac Desktop or the aluminum MacBook Pro laptop?
I am replacing my very old PC from 1998. I decided to go with Mac. I use the computer for my photos, and a small photo business, email, documents, but not for my day job. I intend to use it primarily for documents, writing a blog, and maybe in the future a start-up business.
Would you recommend a desktop or laptop?
Hello Sammy. I would suggest the MacBook Pro laptop, especially since you use your computer for a small photo business and photos. With the laptop, you have the flexibility of being able to take your computer into the field, and possibly tethering it to your camera, should the need arise.

curved, unibody back with a band that appears to be brushed aluminum. In
addition, Engadget says the device weighs about 5.15 ounces, according to the
specs it's seen.
