I want to manufacture and sell a model ship as a hobby kit made from wood. The various parts of this kit will be made from 1/8" birch plywood and balsa cut by a laser cutter, and the part would be glued together. The ship is approx 14" long when assembled. Assuming there are no ship model kits of the Amistad currently in the market, is there anything about my kit that is patentable?
