Priest Leveling Guide – Mana Management
The aim of this Priest leveling guide
is not to give you a step-by-step approach to leveling your priest. Other methods may offer that in other ways. This article though will provide you with enough tips and tricks to level your priest more smoothly from the earliest stage until past level 70 because if you are not in that level yet, you like most others will want to find out fast and quick.
{Levels 1 to 20} - These levels are very important and so tackle every quest that opens for you to do better later on. Do not switch your starting area. This is important as there are specific quests and specific spells here that you would not want to miss. Wander around the given area and take everything and do everything that is there. Go around the mines and the chasms in the area. A few of these runs when coupled with quests in the dungeons could easily accelerate you to level 18 where you will venture into the wailing caverns which in turn lead your questing and grinding smoothly to level 20.
{Level 21 to 30} - You will be getting quite a good experience in the deadmines or the wailing taverns. Again do not be in a rush to go up to a higher instance. Continue grinding and questing in the areas near your location. When yuou are playing the Alliance try questing in the Redridge, Wetlands or Ashenvale. When Horde, take the areas of Barrens, parts of Ashenvale or Duskwood. How you accelerate to these levels will depend greatly on the choices you take as some would be longer while others would be harder but more exciting, still other will be a shorter route. The Gnomergan quest for example is a good adventure that will take you from level 28 to 32 if you are a Horde Priest.
{Level 31 to 40} - These areas will be more challenging and the choices will be more but the idea is so that you could shore money to buy a mount that you cannot do without in the next stages. If you want a more rapid quest, you have to skip Razorfen downs and instead choose the cathedral or the library and uldaman (at level 38).
{Level 41 to 50} - And now you are at last at Shadowform and with sufficient money raised - a mount. You have fewer grinding to do at this level too. If you are a Shadow priest, take the quests at Tanaris. This is the fastlane from 41 to 50. If you are a holy priest, you could get a lot of excellent drops at Maraudon.
{Level 51 to 59} - Felwood is your best choice during the earlier levels. When playing the Shadow priest, go to Silithus or Winterspring.
{Level 60 to 70} - The easiest and fastest stage is to grind at the Hellfire Ramparts. The slave pens and questing around Zangarmarsh is your booster to level 64. Take the underbog at level 64. The Auchenai forest is good alternative. The slave pens at this point become easier enabling you faster run. After reaching level 65 at the Zangermarsh, head to the Sahttrath at the Terokar forest and then straight to Nagrand. The things you will be getting from the elementals will provide you later with buying or crafting epic set gear. For efficiency, go to Shadowmoon and Netherstorm starting at level 68. Conserve the money as much as you can because when you reach level 70, you will want to buy a flying mount that will then get you inside the tempest keep.
Understandably, it is quite tempting to learn short cuts and some really do buy a Priest leveling guide

Bipartisan Big Spenders Appointed to Conference Committee for Spending Bills (redstate)
After dithering for almost three years without a budget, Democrats are in a
hellfire rush to finish all of the 12 annual appropriations bills.
Unfortunately, Republicans leaders are in such a hurry to bury the hatchet on
spending fights, they are willing to void all of the House-passed bills, in
return for bipartisan conference reports. These conference committee versions
– chock full of Senate Democrat amendments – will be forced down the throats
of House conservatives without a chance to amend them, even though they never
voted on two-thirds of the underlying bill. Worse, virtually all of the
conferees are leftists, appropriators, and squishes.
Senator Sessions and other Senate conservatives tried to warn Republicans that
Harry Reid was manipulating the process to insert $11.1 billion in extra
spending to the Agriculture minibus bill. While overall discretionary
spending caps have already been set at $1.043 trillion, Democrats still have
leverage (thanks to weak Republican leadership) to spend tens of billion more
on transfer programs, while compensating for the extra expenditures with
massive cuts to –you guessed it – the Defense appropriations bill. They also
