Never Underestimate The Power Of The Girl's Night In
One of the greatest pleasures in life when you are a girl is being able to pamper yourself. We start as little girls playing dress up and perhaps playing with mom's high heels and make up and as we get older we get our own stuff to play with.
We have proven that we are just as good as men in the professional arena, but we should never forget that being female and feminine is a wonderful thing. When you are stressed out one of the best things you can do is to have an evening of personal pampering.
To kick off your evening of indulgence, kick off your work shoes and head straight to the bathroom to pour yourself a steaming hot bath. Put a whole lot of nice smelly bath stuff into the water and prepare yourself a ridiculous cocktail (umbrella and cherry are optional, but recommended). Sit back and relax in the tub while alternating between sips of aforementioned cocktail and catching up on the latest gossip magazine.
Next it is time to give yourself a pedicure and a mini facial. Cleanse, tone and moisturize and then add the best eye cream you can find to get rid of dark circles, puffy eyes and fine lines. Take your time with the cleanser and moisturizer massaging it onto your face to spur on the circulation.
Next cover your body in a beautiful body lotions and again massage in the lotion around your thighs in order to destress and help break up cellulite. Then finish it all off with a spritz of your favorite eau de parfum spray. Perfumes should not just be reserved for special occasions.
Following on from that swan into your bedroom and put on your nicest sleepwear. Then dive bomb underneath the blankets and open up your book for a little light reading and relaxation. Should you not be in the mood for reading, click on a DVD and sit back for a little mindless entertainment.
Now your version of the perfect girl's night in might be a little different to this, but something akin to the described night is probably as close to heaven as many women can get. This is a low cost and super effective way to wrinkle out your stress and restore your spirits. Planning to have a night like this at least every two weeks is an ideal way to indulge yourself without breaking the bank.
Did I have a miscarrige?
My boyfriend and I had sex at the begining of may. We are always safe but it was just kinda spur of the moment and you know well he pulled out but he pulled out early and didn't cum. and then I thought I had my period but it was like super light and I didn't get cramps or anything. and it was only 3 days. Well I play goalie on our soccer team and so I'm always diving on the ground and getting hit in the stomach by a ball. Well I just got well I think my period but it was extremly heavy and I had horrible cramping like unbearable and it is never that bad. So could I have been pregnant but the baby died?
Just sounds like a bad period too me....seems like it would've been too soon for you to know you are pregnant, or be pregnant....and if you had a miscarriage, the cramps are only severe right before the embryo comes out.
